The Wine:
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted pear skin, lime and green apple scents intermingle with some guava, fresh herb and stony mineral notes. Delicious pear, red apple skin and lime flavours show terrific intensity and textural volume across the mouth watering palate. Infusions of Mediterranean herbs, wet stones and minerals lie underneath. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a long saline laced aftertaste.
